The American Cancer Society (ACS) will hold an ACS University (ACSU) on August 23 & 24, 2008 in Geneva immediately preceding the UICC World Cancer Congress.
The ACSU is in partnership with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and will include participants from NGOs in the six PACT countries of Albania, Nicaragua, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Vietnam, and Yemen. Training modules include advocacy, recruiting and working with volunteers, and collaboration skills.
