If you are looking for an easy and reliable way to manage your poster, you can use the Call4Posters© service to create and format your poster in real time. Deadlines
There are two deadlines. One for posters submitted in time for regular printing - Send in your file before the 19 August 15:00 CET deadline; the other for last minute rush posters (21 August 15:00 CET).
Templates
Use the PPT templates or software solutions provided by Call4Posters©, or simply upload your own PDF. The poster board size limitations are already included in the templates.
Handouts
If you would also like A3 (42 x 29,7 cms) handouts of your poster, these can be ordered at the same time. Call4Posters© offers black and white, or colour handouts.
Shipping and Pick-up
Call4Posters© offers home/office delivery, or onsite pick up. The possibility to pick-up your poster at the UICC 08 Congress is one of the main advantages of the Call4Posters© service. Most authors elect to pick their poster up at the meeting, to avoid carrying their poster on the plane.
There will be a poster pick-up desk in the registration area. Opening hours will be 28-30 August from 07:30-16:00. There is a link on the Call4Posters© website showing the location of the poster pick-up desk.
