Cancellation

Should you wish to cancel your hotel reservation, all requests must be made in writing (e-mail: uicc2012@jpdl.com / fax: +1-514-287-1248) and received by the 2012 World Cancer Congress Delegate Services. Cancellation requests received prior to 9 July 2012 will not carry any penalties. Cancellations requests received after 9 July 2012 will encounter a penalty equivalent to one night stay, plus applicable taxes.

Registered participants plus one accompanying person travelling to the event can qualify for a discount of up to 20%, depending on fare and class of travel booked.

Tours

 Don't miss the opportunity to take some time to visit the vibrant city of Montréal or take off further to explore the wilderness of Canada. Combine your participation to the Congress with a holiday, there's no better place for it.

The Congress is ideally scheduled at the start of the week, followed by a long weekend (labour day in North America) which will enable you to discover what Québec and Canada have to offer.

The 2012 World Cancer Congress Delegate Services, JPdL International, has oragnised a range of tours to explore Montréal and its region, click HERE to book one.

Cancellation

If tour minimums are not met, the 2012 World Cancer Congress Delegate Services will decide whether to run the tour. Should the tour be cancelled, the delegates will be contacted to make another tour selection.

All payments are non-refundable unless the 2012 World Cancer Congress Delegate Services cancels a selected tour.

Refunds will be granted within the parameters of the above stated cancellation policies. Individuals wanting to cancel a paid pre-registered tour must provide written notice to uicc2012@jpdl.com before Monday 6 August 2012. A $10 CAD cancellation fee per tour and per person will apply.

Refunds will be processed following the 2012 World Cancer Congress (within 30 days).
