Register now and secure your participation at the 2020 Congress. The registrations fees, along with the related terms & conditions, are available here below. Please read them carefully. 

Registration Fees

  • Registration fees include food (daily lunch box and coffee break) for all delegates onsite during the three Congress days.
  • Registration fees are indicated in US dollars.
  • Registration fees are applicable if both registration and payment are received before the last day of each period mentioned here below (ie: 16 December 2020, 24:00 CET, for the first period).
  • Please note that special offers or discounts can't be combined.
  • Payments onsite at the congress venue will be accepted in cash (USD / OMR) and credit card only.

  • The Super Earlybird rate is applicable to the first 350 participants to register or until 16 December 2019, whichever comes first
  • *Low and Middle Income Countries - as per World Bank Classification. Upper Middle Income Countries  are not included in this price section.  
  • **Students will be asked to provide a proof of their current student status, sending a copy of their valid university student's card. International Students cards won't be considered as a proof.
  • Invited speakers – all confirmed speakers benefit from a complimentary registration until Friday 1 June 2020. After that date, the registration fees in force will apply.
  • Accepted abstracts – all abstract presenters should confirm their participation and register online by Friday 3 August 2020. After that date, their abstract will be automatically withdrawn.
  • Groups (not including accompanying persons) registered by a group leader. The group leader can buy badges in bulk and provide the individual names of delegates by Friday 17 August 2020 at the latest
    Collection of all badges for groups can be arranged via K.I.T. Group leaders can make the request through 2020wcc@kit-group.org
  • The accompanying persons benefit from a reduced fee at 200$US. They are entitled to attend the World Cancer Leaders Summit official dinner and the Gala dinner as accompanying persons of a Summit invitee as well as the Congress social events which include the Welcome and Closing Receptions, the Opening Ceremony and the host evening. For 100$US, they can chose to attend the Congress social events only. In both cases, they can book any institutional tour of their interest (involves extra cost).
  • Registration for social events can only be made through the official Congress registration system accessible via the button 'Register Now' below.

Registration Terms & Conditions, including cancellation & refund policy

1. Access

A. Full delegate badge (not applicable to Accompanying persons category)

  • Access to all sessions including the satellite sessions.
  • Access to the Global Village.
  • Access to the Welcome Reception, Opening Ceremony and Closing Reception.
  • Access to Congress Smart Phone application which includes the e-networking platform.
  • Access to the social event organised by the Local Host Committee.
  • Access to exclusive events (by invitation only).

B. Accompanying person badge

  • Invitation to the social and cultural event organised by the Congress Host.
  • Invitation to the Closing reception.
2.   Cancellation and refund policy

Any cancellation or change in your registration must be notified in writing by email to the 2020 WCC appointed delegate services handled by K.I.T. Group at 2020wcc@kit-group.org.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after the Congress. Cancellations and refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • Registration cancellations before Thursday 31 May 2020.
  • Cancellations received before 31 May 2020: refund of fee minus a 25% administrative charge.
  • Cancellations received after 31 May 2020 – no refund.
  • Name changes will be accepted until Friday 14 September 2020.
  • Lost Badges: Congress badges must be worn at all times to gain access to the conference sessions, exhibition and social events. If a badge has been lost or forgotten and a new badge has to be reprinted, a new badge can be issued at the registration desk upon a deposit of US$ 100. If the original badge is returned at the registration desk within 24 hours the US$ 100 deposit will not be charged.
  • Reprinting your badge onsite: a US$ 20 will be charged in the event of a spelling mistake on the badge and if a reprinting is required.
