What is included in the onsite registration?
  • WCC 2026 is a CPD-certified learning activity. Attendees will receive an official certificate of attendance proving that they have attended a CPD-certified learning activity. For further information, please consult www.cpduk.co.uk

  • Access to the abstract e-library hosted on the online platform - up to 600 abstracts
  • Opportunity to sign up for a workshop on 26th September afternoon

ELEMENTS NOT INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION FEE:

  • Access to the on-demand session library is not included in the registration fee.  Access can be purchased during the registration process for CHF 69
    • All sessions recorded during the Congress will be available on-demand for self-consultation via the Congress digital platform until 31st December 2026.
    • The benefits will allow UICC to support the participation of UICC Members from LMIC to attend the World Cancer Congress through Scholarships programme.
  • The Social evening is not included in the registration fee. Tickets can be purchased during the registration process for CHF 68

Registration conditions
  • Registration fees are indicated in Swiss Francs.
  • To benefit from reduced registration rates, you have to be in good standing for paid membership before the start of the Conference. For more information, please visit https://www.uicc.org/who-we-work/members
  • Registration fees are applicable if payment is received within 14 days of registering.*
  • Please note that special offers or discounts can't be combined.
  • Payments onsite at the Congress venue will be accepted in cash (CHF) and credit card only.
  • *Low-income​ or lower-middle-income countries - as per World Bank ClassificationUpper-middle-income countries are not included in this price category except for Chinese and Hong Kong organisations.
  • **Students will be asked to provide proof of their current student status, uploading a copy of their valid university student card. International student cards won't be considered as proof.
  • Invited speakers – all confirmed speakers benefit from a complimentary registration valid until 1 May 2026; after this date, the registration fees in force will apply.
  • Accepted abstracts – all abstract presenters should confirm their participation and register online by 3 July 2026, after which date, unconfirmed presentations will be automatically withdrawn.
  • Groups (not including accompanying persons) are registered by a group leader. The group leader can buy badges in bulk and provide the individual names of delegates by Friday 24 July 2026 at the latest.
  • Accompanying persons benefit from a reduced fee of CHF 100. They are invited to attend the Congress Opening and Closing Ceremonies.
  • Registration for social events can only be made through the official Congress registration system
  • Please note that to benefit from the deal, payment or proof of payment must be received within 14 days of registering. After this date, any unpaid discounted registrations will be cancelled, and the participants will have to proceed to pay the full fees.

What is included in the digital registration?

All content will be hosted on the online platform and available until 31 December 2026.
This includes the following:

  • Access to all sessions recorded in Hong Kong- up to 75 sessions
  • Access to the abstract e-library hosted on the online platform - up to 600 abstracts
  • Access to the full list of participants and online networking available on the Congress online platform 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Any cancellation or change in your registration must be notified in writing by email to the WCC 2026 appointed delegate services handled by K.I.T. Group at [email protected].

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after the Congress. Cancellations and refunds are subject to the following conditions:

Cancellations received until 31 March 2026:

  • Full refund minus CHF 50 administrative charge.
  • Or reimbursement of the difference between in-person and digital registration at no cost

Cancellations received between 1 April and 24 June 2026:

  • 50% refund minus CHF 50 administrative charge.
  • Or reimbursement of the difference between in-person and digital registration at no cost.

Cancellations received after 24 June 2026:

  • No reimbursement but the onsite registration will be converted into a digital registration.
  • Name changes will be accepted until Friday 14 August 2026.
  • Lost Badges: Congress badges must always be worn to gain access to the conference sessions, exhibitions and social events. If a badge has been lost or forgotten and a new one has to be reprinted, a new one can be issued at the registration desk upon a deposit of CHF 100. If the original badge is returned to the registration desk within 24 hours the CHF 100 deposit will not be charged.
  • Reprinting your badge onsite: CHF 20 will be charged in case of a spelling mistake on the badge and if a reprinting is required.
  • Only applicants with fully paid registrations will be considered for the educational afternoon of the 26th.
  • We encourage all delegates to subscribe to Travel Insurance as UICC is not liable for any medical expenses that may occur during the event.
  • UICC will not refund individual airline ticket costs in case of cancellation for any reason. We encourage all delegates to purchase travel insurance.
