Live interpretation and transcription

To support a multilingual and inclusive congress experience, live interpretation and real-time transcription will be available in selected session rooms throughout World Cancer Congress 2026 using Interprefy.

Participants can access interpretation and transcription directly through their web browser. However, we strongly recommend downloading the Interprefy mobile app (see links below) before the congress for the best experience.

Please note: Delegates must bring their own headphones or earbuds to access live interpretation. Headphones will not be provided at the venue.

Step 1: Download the Interprefy app before the congress

Download the Interprefy app (see the following links) on your mobile device for the best interpretation experience.

Using the mobile app offers several advantages:

  • Continue listening to interpretation even when your phone screen is locked or when using other applications.
  • Reduced battery consumption compared to browser streaming.
  • Faster and more reliable access to interpretation and transcription services during sessions.

Step 2: Join interpretation for your session

When you arrive at your session room, either:

  • Scan the QR code displayed in the room, or
  • Select your session room from the list further below.

Choose your preferred language and start listening.
